The Company was founded in 1991 as a supporting structure for the professional activity of “Giampiero Bozino Resmini - Engineer”, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Office Over the years B.R.E. engineering S.r.l. has continued to strengthen its organisation and, at the present time, operates throughout Italy and abroad, offering consultancy services to prominent Italian and foreign clients.
The Company operates in two different sectors, mechanical and electrical, and integrates its specific project tasks with experience in General Project Management, together with design, direction of works and testing of technological systems in both civil and industrial fields such as: |

air conditioning – heating – central fan systems, water and drainage plumbing systems, gas piping systems, fire fighting systems, electrical systems, lift and travelator systems. It also implements the following complementary activities: calculations and reports for the requirements of Law 10/91 (Energy Saving) and Law 37/08 (Technological Systems Safety), submittals for Fire Prevention Approval, feasibility studies and reports, technical estimates and valuations, technological due diligence, valuations and reports, maintenance planning.

Thus the desire to offer integrated solutions for environmental comfort in line with the demands of the most up-to-date technology has always spurred B.R.E. engineering to carry out well-researched studies for the realisation of innovative projects implemented with avant-gard technological systems in both civil and industrial buildings such as: residential estates, directional centres (directive and administrative centres), shopping centres, factories, chemical-pharmaceutical laboratories, hospitals, universities, hotels, show rooms.

B.R.E. also uses the services of highly experienced and specialised professional consultants to assist in resolving particular problem areas such as: lighting techniques, acoustics, water treatment, atmospheric emissions, work safety.
Calculations and specifications are carried out by computer by the application of the most up-to-date programmes of calculus.
The technical drawings are hand-drafted or realised by computer when the base architectonic design is available or can be prepared. |
