“All of modern life depends on technical installations.
When we turn on a light or a tap, when we find comfortable living conditions at home or in the office,
we do not pause to think that these “acquired rights” are the result of studies, designs and considerations
which have actually brought them into being.
We realise how important technical equipment is mainly when something goes wrong.
Every architectonic construction requires equipment installation in order to achieve the purpose for which it is intended:
from homes to offices, from shops, cinemas, theatres and hospitals to wherever conditions of temperature,
the purity of the air, relative humidity and lighting are vital to the comfort of the surroundings, and even to monuments and gardens
which technical equipment help to beautify.
Technological systems are thus fundamental to life.
Only by integrating architectural and technical systems design can optimal results be obtained
results which are expressed by the satisfaction of the end-user.”
