The preservation time of deep-frozen products ranges from some months to two years, depending on the type of product, provided that the freezing temperature is kept constant; any break in the cold chain can endanger the safety of consumers. As a consequence, storing operations have a crucial importance for the proper preservation of our products. In the deep-cold storing facilities of our factories the most critical aspect, i.e. temperature control, is monitored and managed by sophisticated software programs. |
