The bakery department started in the ’90s through the cooperation of a team of professionals. The aim was to re-create the original Italian pizza: hand made with natural and authentic ingredients as per the Mediterranean classic tradition. Throughout the years, continuous research and innovation in processes and production have made it possible to increase Appetais’ offer with other typical products, like the classic focaccia genovese al formaggio (Genoa’s focaccia with cheese), focaccia with chickpeas and others. |
