Often I'm asked where I would
stay if I was a tourist in Rome, Sometime they ask me before
they come and they're always satisfied of the hotel I suggested
and other times they ask too late, when they are already here
and they're not happy with their hotel because it's too far from
the attractions of Rome or other venues, or they don't like
their accommodations.
One thing that always happens is that at the end of the tour
they ask me to suggest a restaurant for their dinner, surely
that's because they enjoyed the food at the restaurant I took
the to during the tour!
A
lot of people travel by cruise ship and they would like to find
someone like me that offers driving guide service for small
groups in other ports of the Mediterranean Sea so they ask me to
if I know someone. For what concerns Italy, I can arrange tours
from the different Ports, Civitavecchia for Rome, Livorno or La
Spezia for Florence, Naples or Salerno for the Amalfi Coast and
Pompeii but I don't have a joint venture outside of Italy so I
can just supply some contact information.
I
have therefore decided to list on this page my favored hotels,
restaurants, colleagues who operate outside of Italy and
whatever else might be useful for tourists, even if they don't
become my clients, without charging anybody any commission!
