The aim of
this website is to give information on our work and on the services you
can find in our Ophthalmology department.
We perform
modern ophthalmic surgery, including phacoemulsification under topical
anaesthesia, vitrectomy, episcleral surgery for retinal detachment,
glaucoma surgery and surgical treatment of strabismus. Laser treatment
and photodinamic therapy (PDT) are available.
We cooperate
with the "G.B. Bietti Eye Foundation", directed by prof. Mario
Stirpe, and with the Catholic University of Rome.
This website
is directed to our patients. Therefore, it is in Italian.
