The Owner of Qual. I.T. Consulting

Antonio Coletta holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science obtained in 1976  from Trinity College - University of Toronto (Canada).

From 1976 to 1991 he has worked in the private sector for the following IT companies: Crown Life Insurance (Toronto), Praxis Calcolo Spa (Milan/Rome), Syntax Sistemi Software - Olivetti Group (Bari).

From 1991 to 1998 he has conducted research activities at the Tecnopolis Scientific Park  in the area of software quality.

He is a Lead Auditor working on assignments from the international certification body Det Norske Veritas since 1995.

He is an international expert in Quality Management Systems, providing consulting services to executive management in various industries (IT, Medical Devices, Education, Public Administration)

Past President of INT-ACS (International Assessor Certification Schema), he is currently member of the Management Board and Vice-President of the INT-RSA (International Registration Schema for Assessors).

Over 15 years of work experience in the Quality field of which 10 within the ISO 9000 Certification of Quality management Systems.

He has supported several IT organizations (see client list)  in the design and the certification process of their Quality Management Systems.

He has performed over 300 QMS Audits on behalf of private organizations and certification bodies in the following sectors: Information Technologies (EA 33), Services (EA 35), Public Administration (EA 36), Education (EA 37), Social Work (38f - limited to orientation activity)

 

 

 

Angelo Coletta

Completed High School at 'Istituto Tecnico Commerciale S. Pertini di Turi, specializing in Information Technologies. He is currently studying "Informatics and Technologies for the Production of Software" at the University of Bari.

He designs and develops web sites on demand. He is also the Webmaster and provides support in maintaining the IT infrastructure.
