The customer must know that the stars number and the classification

thought the single reliable parameter for the determination of lodging
quality. The customer is informed that the stars number of classification
of hotels represents a generic indication not always valid. Analogously
the customer must know that also the rooms type supplied from a
hotel (for example single, matrimonial, double) can changes from
country to country. The customer must know that flats and classification
of English houses are completely different from those of other European
country. The customer knows that it cannot be a model of standard
flat equal or comparable in Italy, in France, in Spain, in England
etc.

Viafare Ltd and own suppliers undertake themselves to assure
that the content of the website www.viafare.com is accurate and
up to date with all necessary information. The information contained
in the website www.viafare.com are regularly up to date relatively
to the transmitted information from hotels or lodgings owners. Customer
knows the fact that Viafare Ltd cannot be thought responsible of
inaccurancies or changes not notified to Viafare Ltd. Customer must
recognize that although Viafare Ltd efforts itself to maintain up
to date all information contained in the website and the products
offered, it cannot be thought responsible for errors, omissions
or misleading information present in the data relative to products.
UNAVAILABILITY
In case a confirmed reservation becomes unavailable, Viafare
Ltd will offer an alternative on demand. Viafare Ltd will contact
the customer before the departure in order to inform him about the
unavailability, however customer recognize that it is not always
possible. If it is not possible to contact the costumer before the
departure, Viafare Ltd will undertake itself in order to warrant
a similar alternative with the same parameters of that one reserved.
CLAIMS
Eventual claims regarding lodgings, hotels, flats, houses to
share, hostels, homestay, must be directly communicate to the reception,
the family, the landlord or house's owner or to the responsible
staff of the lodgings. In case this claim does not obtain a satisfactory
answer for the customer, this last one must send the enrolled claims
to Viafare Ltd within the period and the duration of its stay in
England. Where it is possible, written claims must be sent to Viafare
Ltd accompanied with photographies or other written or visible proofs.
INDEMNITY
Customer agrees to compensate Viafare Ltd and not to think it
responsible for damages or losses included legal expenses in which
Viafare Ltd had to incur as a result of customer's action, inaction
or omissions.
CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS
In no case Viafare Ltd or its supplier will be responsible for
consequential or special damages or losses, however deriving from
negligence or non respect of the terms and the conditions exposed
even if such loss or damage were expectable or their possibility
had been submitted to the attention of Viafare Ltd.
CESSION
Customer cannot give transfer, subcontract or delegate rights,
duties or obligations if not with the written consent of Viafare
Ltd.
PROPERTY OF CONTENTS
Customer recognized that all copyright's rights, trade marks
and the other intellectual property right indicate in the present
document relative to offered service from Viafare Ltd are exclusive
property of the same English company or granted to it in licence.
Customer cannot reproduce, sell, transfer or multiply, without upon
written consent to Viafare Ltd, no data contained in the present
informative or document.
EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
If owing to exceptional circumstances Viafare Ltd is forced
to reduce , to alter or to cancel a reservation, customer does not
have right to any compensation for eventual losses deriving from
aforesaid reduction, alteration or cancellation. The expression
"exceptional circumstances" includes natural disasters,
fires and other shapes of lodging's destruction or the reserved
product, rebellion, war actions, popular insurrections, and service
of the legislative, administrative, military power or other reason
outside the control of Viafare Ltd.
JURISDICTIONS AND COMPETENCE
Terms and conditions of this informative or contract are subject
to the English law and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the England's
courts.
CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION
The following list reports reservation and payment conditions
of Viafare Ltd products. Payment conditions or reservation cancellation
here reported serve to reduce the possibility of eventual incomprehension
during the sale relationship between Viafare Ltd and its customer.
HOTELS, BED & BREAKFAST, YOUTH HOSTELS, STUDIO FLATS AND
LUXURY APARTMENTS
BOOKING
To book a room in a hotel it must carry out a minimal depositing
of 40% of the total price of the stay. Remaining 60% has to be paid
ten days before the customer's arrival to London.
CANCELLATION
To cancel a reservation and to have the total refund of the payment
it must send a notice communication via fax or e-mail 5 working
days before the arrival to London. No refund after these terms.
ROOMS TO SHARE, STUSIO FLATS AND STANDARD APARTMENTS, HOMESTAY
BOOKING
To book a studio flat or a room it must carry out a minimal depositing
of 40% of the total price of the stay. Remaining 60% has to be paid
28 days before the customer's arrival to London.
CANCELLATION
To cancel a reservation and to have the total refund of the payment
it must send a notice communication via fax or e-mail 20 working
days before the arrival to London. If cancellation has made between
14 and 19 working days, the refund of booking will be equal to 70%
of the paid sum and it will be withhold the 30%. No refund after
these terms.
GROUP
ENGLISH LESSONS
BOOKING
To book an English course it must carry out the payment of the total
demanded course at least 14 working days before the beginning of
the demanded course.
CANCELLATION
To cancel a reservation and to obtain the total refund of the expense
it must send a notice communication via fax or e-mail 1 month before
the arrival. If cancellation has made less than 9 working days before
the arrival will be withhold £50 pounds from the entire paid
sum.
PRIVATE (INDIVIDUAL) ENGLISH LESSONS
BOOKING
To book an English course it must carry out the minimal depositing
of 40% of the total course price. Remaining 60% has to be paid 1
month before the customer's arrival to London.
CANCELLATION
To cancel a reservation it must send a notice communication via
fax or e-mail 3 weeks before the arrival in order to obtain the
total expense refund. If cancellation comes made less
RESERVATION'S METHOD
Customers who wish make a reservation must do the following
procedures:
1. customer who wish make a reservation must forward the demand
to Viafare Ltd via fax, telephone or e-mail, or forms online on
website www.viafare.com;
2. Viafare Ltd confirm to the customer the availability and the
price via fax, telephone or e-mail;
3. customer proceed to make the payment to Viafare Ltd;
4. received the payment, Viafare Ltd sends, via fax or e-mail, the
confirmation, the reception of the fulfilled booking, instructions,
addresses and relative voucher to show to the arrival to London.
PAYMENT MODALITY
The booking payment can be made with two distinguished methods:
1. bank transfer on English current account;
2. payment with credit card
PAYMENT WITH CREDIT CARD
The payment with credit card is one of the most diffuse payment
system. Viafare Ltd accepts all payment with Visa or Mastercard
credit card. In order to make payments with card it need to fill
up one payment demand where customer authorizes Viafare Ltd to charge
the amount on the card. For all payments with credit card there
is a supplement of 4% of the total amount regarding the bank expenses
supported for the system and the payment with credit card service.
PRIVACY ON PAYMENTS AND DEMANDED DATA
It's our duty to maintain and protect our customer's privacy.
All gathered information serve to propose offers and specific arrangements
to the customer's expectations. We do not sell personal data neither
we lend these one to any other organization.
REGISTRATION TO THE ACCOMODATION RESEARCH SERVICE FOR HOUSE TO
SHARE, FLATS AND HOMESTAY
Customer who registers himself with Viafare Ltd agency is allowed
to the following services:
1. accommodation research in London at its arrival. An assistant
of Viafare Ltd agency will make the research of an accommodation
in flat, homestay, house to share in accordance with economic requirements;
2. assistance and availability in resolving eventual accommodation
problems trying to intervene directly with landlords and owners;
3. assistance on place with Italian, French, Spanish, English staff
in accordance to the customer's origin;
4. assistance and £10 discount on the booking of an eventual
English course;
5. assistance and telephone availability to research further accommodations
and in order to make further booking: tours, transfers, accommodation
in hotel etc.;
6. money transfer service and money safe service: in case customer
has the intention to receive sums of money from Italy and wishes
to make withdrawals during his stay;
7. availability and possibility to receive eventual mails, faxes
or packages directly in the office.
POLICY
ON ACCOMODATION RESEARCH FOR HOUSE TO SHARE, FLATS AND HOMESTAY
a)
The subscription to our accommodation research service is valid
for a period max of two months;
b) Viafare Ltd is obliged to make all the researches for a profitable
accommodation and correspondent to the customer's demands, but is
not responsible of eventual damages or losses in the accommodation
during the stay period;
c) Viafare Ltd is not responsible for the cleaning of the house
and the behaviour of the tenants;
d) In the houses to share and flats the only responsible is the
landlord or owner; the landlord will keep the deposit and it will
be the landlord responsibility to returns it to the tenants as he
leaves the accommodation;
e) Viafare Ltd will help and assist the customer with an eventual
research for another accommodation in case the customer wants to
change his accommodation, but it will be not responsible for any
loss of any deposit that has been given to the landlord of the previous
accommodation;
f) Viafare Ltd will inform the customer about the contractual conditions
for the accommodation before the booking of it;
g) Viafare Ltd cannot refund the registration and the accommodation
research service fees as Viafare Ltd will start the research with
all the expenses as soon as the payment is done;
h) Viafare Ltd is not responsible of the eventual money stealing
or loss of things in the accommodation, this is the reason why Viafare
Ltd offers the money safe service;
i) Viafare Ltd is not responsible of eventual accident that not
occur in the accommodation. The customer is invited to take an insurance
before his arrival to London.
INTRODUCTION TO THE ACCOMODATION RESEARCH SERVICE FOR HOUSES
TO SHARE, FLATS AND HOMESTAY
Viafare Ltd is an English agency located in London and registered
in the House of Company.
Viafare Ltd has a VAT number and pays the correspondent taxes to
the British Government.
Viafare Ltd head office is located in London and has to pay all
the office expenses for the staff that is in charge of the assistance
to the Italian, French, Spanish and German customers.
The agency sustains a great number of expenses: telephone, electricity
bills, computer etc., all this to increase the efficiency of our

COSTS OF THE ACCOMODATION RESEARCH SERVICE FOR HOUSE TO SHARE,

The costs for the research service and registration fees are

for the booking of an accommodation by bank transfer, credit card
or cash.
