restructured building, rigorously
preserved in order to safeguard
a part of ancient history as old
as Monterosso. |

charming hotel, with its characteristic

far into the past into a dimension
almost surreal.
The name “Unico”, comes
from the name that the Grandfather
of the actual owner, “Mr Sciensa”,
as he was affectionately called
by the locals, gave to the main
boat of his tiny fishing fleet.
