The village Le Grazie, on account of its position, is suitable for a quiet stay and is also an ideal starting-point for unforgettable daily excursions both along the Ligurian coast, its paths and its sea and in the contiguous Tuscany and its Alps (where there are the famous Marble Quarries), the Versilia shore (sand beaches, shopping, night life) and its art cities Pisa and Lucca (about 70 km.).

The city of La Spezia is 8 km far from our village, may be reached through bus connections every 15 minutes and offers a beautiful walk along its harbour, parks which are well looked after, a pleasant pedestrian city centre and interesting museums.

Portovenere is only 2.5 km far from our village, which may be easily covered either on foot or by car or by bus.

Hotel “Le Grazie” is 50 meter far from the nearest bus stop (the bus runs about every 15 minutes).
Motor-vessels leave the enchanting Portovenere through continuous connections so that you can visit the small villages of the Cinque Terre and the ISLAND PALMARIA – just opposite Portovenere -, a famous sea reserve, Natural Park and Cetacean Shrine.
On the island unusual and wonderful seaside holidays may be enjoyed thanks to the crystal-clear water, its depths, its inlets.>In the summer season the island Palmaria may be reached directly from our village on small motor-vessels.
