This is a review in Spanish. But
I find it unusually intriguing.
Effectively short and snappy. So I am translating it into English.

Humanitys most
destructive force:
the power of stupidity
by Morgan Blackhand
We deal with it day after day. Sometimes we get carried away with it. So why are there so few studies of stupidity?
This is the question that has prompted Giancarlo Livraghi, Italian philosopher, writer, bibliographer and publicist, to write The Power of Stupidity. This essay endeavors, with a dose of humor, some not hidden disgust and an unusual understanding of the problem, to make us realize that we are surrounded and infected by stupidity but it isnt invincible.
We are confronted with an amusing, though also serious, book. Far removed from anything like one of those cheap how-to manuals, Giancarlo Livraghi analyzes the influence of human stupidity and offers us tools to fight it effectively, as well as hitting us hard with truths that may be obvious, but we too often ignore.
A highly commendable text that should be obligatory reading. And furthermore, what the hell, an author who quotes, in an essay like this one, Neal Stephenson, Douglas Adams, Robert A. Heinlein, Isaac Asimov or Frank Zappa, and whose website is called Gandalf we definitely must read.
