Room Rates
Prices include double room (single or double occupancy), private bath, breakfast and taxes. Room rates are: single occupancy from € 80; double occupancy from € 90.
2 nights minimum; if our schedule permits, it may be possible to book a single night, €100. Reductions may apply for prolonged stays.

Children
Our accomodation and services are designed for adults.  Please discuss any plans to include children in your reservation.

Payment, Arrivals and Departures
A 25% deposit is required to confirm your reservation (if 25% is less than the cost of 1 night, the deposit will be equal to the price for 1 night). The deposit can be paid by credit card via Paypal. Full payment (cash or Paypal) is due at time of check in.
Check in time: 2pm; check out time: 11am. Early check-in and late check out require prior arrangements.  Please remember to call if you are delayed for any reason.

Cancellations
Over 30 days before arrival date – the entire deposit will be refunded; 15 - 30 days before arrival date - 50% of deposit will be refunded; less than 15 days before arrival date – entire deposit is forfeited.

Car/Motorcycle Parking
You will be able to drive right to the Bed& Breakfast and park your car on the curbside or in the adjacent free public parking. Access for guests with limited mobility is available through the garden gate. Motorcycles and bicycles may be parked inside the garage..
