Behind the scene: (almost a Tutorial)

New character of the medieval series. In this work I have utilized the same head used for the image Medieval girl modifying some the features through relocation of the points.

Head mesh is available in the Models
3ds format 207Kb

Texturing - I have also retouched manually the image bitmap with the addition of details, deriving a new texture map of it.

Hair are a mesh, this time I have not used ShagHair plug-in. I have selected some polygons of the head extracting a new object of it. Than I have scaled it and positioned.

Working finally on the points, I have obtained the desired form.

The enough realistic effect of hair, is produced by the textures maps: Diffuse, Shininess Strength, Bump and opacity maps. (See the figures below)

Other elements of the scene was realized with normal polygonal modeling and with the help of SimCloth plug-in. For more details about this work write me.
