Mix It Up

Mix It Up is a 6 week dance course learning a variety of dance styles. Each week will be something different:

Charleston - Taking you back to the 1920's learning you authentic moves such as the bees knees, scarecrow, hitchhiker and the windmill.
Showgirls - It's time for Glitz, Glamour and a whole lot of Razzle Dazzle. Chorusline here we come!
Burlesque - The boas and gloves come out to play.
Rock & Roll - You will be rocking around the clock 1950's style releasing the jumpin' jiver in you.
Musical Theatre - Learn a dance number from Caberat, Bugsy Malone, Grease, Chicago. We go with the group vote!
Salsa - Lets get those hips in action!

Street Dance Course

This is a fun, funky street dance class that is guaranteed to get your energy pumping, burn calories and teach you MTV style moves to the latest urban sounds. Street Dance is rooted in a number of urban dance styles - think Justin Timberlake, Beyonce, Rihanna or Cheryl Cole. All our dance courses are run in a FRIENDLY and FUN environment where you will MAKE NEW FRIENDS, get FIT and improve your dance skills!

In each course you will learn:

  • - Basic warm up dance moves
  • - A fun and high energy hip hop dance routine
  • - How to learn choreography and improve coordination
  • - How to improve your confidence and boost your self esteem.

Belly Dance Course

Want to learn the art of Belly Dance? Look no further our professional trained instructors will lead you through the art of Belly Dance with movements including curving patterns, Undulations, Thrusts, Lifts, Locks and Drops and shaking or quaking body movements.
