                    " GUGLIELMO MARCONI SPEAKS ESPERANTO "
                                   
                STATUTE
     
            The "Radioanchio RANCH Group" invites all italian and
  foreign keen radio-listeners to syntonize themselves on stations
  broadcasting in Esperanto to partecipate to the first Award "Guglielmo
  Marconi Speaks Esperanto" It isn't necessary any enrolment.
     
         Period: from 00.00 UTC on 1st september 1995 to 24.00 UTC on
   31st december 1995

         Frequency: they are valid all broadcasting frequencies in long,
   medium and short waves.

         Listening:it is valid the listening of broadcasts in Esperanto.

   For every listened broadcast you have to send a listening
   report to the transmitting by station. this station will
   confirm to you a QSL, or confirmation letter.
   The confirmations, photocopied and reporting the
   listening date and frequency, will be posted to the
   Radioanchio RANCH Group, P.O. Box 38, 00040 Pavona station, Rome Italy
   On the back side of every confirmation you'll write only
   by pen and in block letters, the name and the complete
   address of the partecipant.
   We will not give back the photocopies sent to us.
   All the confirmations that will arrive before april 30th 1996,
   will be considered good.

         Score: every listened and confirmed broadcast station is
   worth 1 point. Many broadcasts of the same station,
   even if transmitted in different days and frequencies,
   will give as results the only point referred to the station.

         Award: the award is free and it will be issued to everybody
   will get minimun three points, the others will
   receive a partecipation certificate.
   The final results and score will be sent to everyone.
