Registration and hotel reservationIn order to submit personal information for Conference registration, participants should use the on-line registration form that is available in this page. Registration fees should be paid according to the directions that are provided in the following paragraphs. The Organisation Secretariat will manage reservations at Villa Grazioli for registered participants who require this service using the on-line reservation form. Due to the limited number of available rooms, the reservation requests will be processed in order of time. The room rates are available in the Venue page. When no more rooms will be available at Villa Grazioli, other comparable accommodations will be proposed instead. Information about other accommodations will be also provided
by email to those participants
who prefer to take care of their own hotel reservations.

Reduced fees for students and young scientists as well as additional
services for all participants might be available, but they will depend
on the available funding for the Conference.
Payment of registration fees should be made:

b) by international bankers or personal check in Euro
Unfortunately, the Administration of the Dept. of Zoology of the University of Bari, that will collect the registration fees, cannot accept credit card payments. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Upon receipt of the registration forms and of the appropriate fees, a confirmation will be sent to registered participants. Please allow 2-3 weeks for registration processing.
Receipts of payment will be available at the Organisation Secretariat during the Conference.
All pre-registered participants will receive directions for completing the registration by email.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing to the Organisation Secretariat, clearly stating the name and address of the bank as well as the account to which refunds should be made.
Cancellation requests received after July 31, 2002 will not be accepted. However, a new delegate can be nominated as a replacement. All refunds will be made after the Conference and will incur a 20 % handling fee.
